Sonya Express mode
Successfully complete the game on the normal or hard difficulty setting to unlock Sonya Express mode. This mode allows you to play the game as Sonya at double speed while wearing a waitress costume.

Wheel Of 4 Tune mode
Successfully complete the game on the hard difficulty setting to unlock Wheel Of 4 Tune mode. This mode unlocks an alternate costume for Patrick and random weapons.
